Choctaw Ridge
Monday Hair Blogging: Not much growth to report this week other than a rather alarming rise in the freaky little Cupie Doll ridge running along the top of my skull. What the hell am I supposed to do with this crazy thing? It's wild!

Girlfriend, you start a lot of these Monday posts indicating that your hair hasn't done much. Well, phooey! Look at it! Me thinks you doth protest too much.
I say go with it- it's very rocker-looking.
Love the hair. I haven't commented before, though I've been a reader for ages. To say the obvious - everyday past chemo you get makes me happy, grateful, inspired and full of admiration. I don't know you, but I'd miss you if you weren't here.
Spike it, baby, spike it!
Avoid headstands though.
I see hairgel in your future: spike that baby up or slick it down. Looks like your hair is fixin' to curl.
What the hell are you supposed to do with it? Are you kidding? Rock it, of course, silly. People pay other people money to make their hair do this. They call it "styling," and it involves copious amounts of stuff called "product." You've got it going on naturally. I say enjoy it.
In my treatment suite of crazy ladies at Oncology Care and Craft Studio, we say that after chemo there are no bad hair days. Any day with hair is a good day. I am about to think about a haircut to get back to that short punky look.
The boys call it a fauxhawk!
